Tonda Curry
Tonda Curry has twenty-five years' experience as a litigator, and has tried to verdict three Medicare/Medicaid fraud jury trials. Tonda began her legal career as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas in the criminal division. She was respected by all the judges as a prepared and honest prosecutor. Tonda went into the private practice of law in 2001 and has represented thousands of individuals in State and Federal courts across Texas. She has tried criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder. Tonda is a 1988 graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, where she served as law clerk to the Honorable J.Q. Warnick, United State Magistrate Judge.
