Craig Daugherty
Craig Daugherty’s practice focuses on both preventing and resolving disputes. He helps individuals and businesses prevent disputes by drafting and reviewing important documents, and advising them on critical decisions.
If disputes do arise, he can help resolve them by negotiating settlements. Craig is both a certified mediator and an arbitrator. If a settlement cannot be achieved he is a very experienced trial lawyer who has won cases in Federal and State courtrooms throughout Texas.
Craig has tried many cases involving business and contract disputes, insurance claims, professional negligence, personal injury claims, patents and intellectual property, as well as probate and family law matters. He has experience in the Texas Supreme Court and the U. S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He has been Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law since 1984. His trial expertise has been recognized by election as an Advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
